Full body sculpt is an achievable class for all with its low impact, full body strengthening workout. We will hit all the major muscle groups with body weight, resistance bands and free weights to leave you feeling stronger than ever!

Glutes, Core, Pelvic Floor – Your pelvic floor muscles support every movement that you make. Apart from the limbs, they bear the weight of the entire torso! This class focuses on form, technique and building strength in 3 of the most important body areas. Class will incorporate abdominal, low back and glute exercises all while engaging and strengthening the pelvic floor. You will utilize resistance bands and a small 9 inch ball. Low impact, slow movements, but also intense, this class will be like nothing you’ve tried before! Suitable for all, modifications offered as needed.

Hips & Hamstrings Flow is all about bringing awareness to the hips and hamstrings. It is an opportunity for all levels to mindfully explore postures to help lengthen, strengthen and improve functional mobility in the hips and hamstrings. This practice will involve safe alignment and flow through poses to counteract the effects that long term sitting can have on the body. When the hips and hamstrings are stable, it can bring better pelvic alignment to relieve discomfort and promote proper support of the spine. All levels.

Hip Hop Sculpt is a heated full body sculpt class set to LOUD uncensored hip hop music allowing you to tap into freedom and transformation. This medium intensity class aims to keep you long & lean, toning your abs, legs, arms & everything in between.

Luminate Fusion combines the yogic elements of balance, flexibility & connecting the mind, body, & spirit. Utilizing weights, Pilates balls, and the Barre, this high energy class provides strength training exercises to target & sculpt the major muscle groups. Taught in a heated room, you’ll experience all the benefits of a yoga class along with increased cardiovascular work, toxin elimination, and higher calorie burn. Room temp 80-85 degrees.

Vinyasa & Heated Vinyasa is a flow style of yoga (Vinyasa) that offers a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance. Class will incorporate sitting and standing poses in a continuous flow connecting the breath to the movement. This class is suitable for most students with varying levels of skill and endurance and can be tailored by the individual to meet their level of skill with cued modifications. Heated vinyasa is taught under 90 degrees of infrared heat.

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin and yang tissues respond quite differently to being exercised. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about. Come once and you’ll realize that before that, you were missing out on half of your yoga practice.
