The practice of Kama allows you to take time out of your busy lives and focus on your sensuality – on FEELING as opposed to THINKING! This class will allow you to get in touch with your feminine side, gain more appreciation for the body you have and gain more confidence in yourself as a WOMAN!

Kids Yoga Series

These classes will help children develop healthy bodies, as they learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques while incorporating mindfulness.
